We offer a money-back guarantee!
We believe in our product so much that if it doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your purchase. Up to one transaction, anytime within a year of purchase date. No questions asked. You’ve got nothing to lose.
Our money-back guarantee applies only to purchases made at heysister.com.
If you purchased from a pharmacy or other retailer you should contact the place of purchase for a remedy.
This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Following payment of the Purchase, you will be issued with a receipt containing your order number, date and purchase details to confirm that the payment has been received by Hey Sister!. Only one transaction (up to 365 days from purchase date) per customer is eligible under the money-back guarantee.
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit or for any other reason, please contact us by e-mail (hello@heysister.com) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, with your name, address and phone number.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. Return postage is not required for the money-back guarantee. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd will process your refund. Please note that sending back a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
