Dosage

• OG Range (Original): Take 1 tablet morning and night (2 tablets per day).
• Life Range: Take 2 tablets morning and night (4 tablets per day).

Take with or without food, or as professionally prescribed.

Timing

For best results with period pain and PMS, we recommend starting 2–3 days before your period is due. This helps relieve symptoms of premenstrual tension, including mild anxiety and mood swings, before they peak.

Duration & Safety

Continue taking the tablets as recommended during your period or symptom flare-up.

Important: Do not use for more than 7 days at a time. This product is not for prolonged use and may harm the liver.

Yes, you can crush Hey Sister! tablets if swallowing them whole is difficult. They can be mixed with a little water, juice, or a spoonful of yoghurt. The tablets will still do their thing, just note the taste can be a bit earthy, so we suggest a little honey to help the mixture from being too bitter.
