We are giving away 3 separate prizes to 3 different winners:

  1. Introduction:

These terms and conditions govern the "Hey Sister! x Scarlet Period No More Bloody Drama... Period Giveaway" (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

  1. Promoters: 

The Competition is jointly promoted by Hey Sister! and Scarlet Period (the "Promoters"). 3. Eligibility: 

  • The Competition is open to residents of Australia who are aged 18 years or over. If the winner of the prize is under 18, it will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian. 
  • Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoters are not eligible to enter.
  1. How to Enter: 
  • To enter the Competition, Entrants must: 
    • Visit the competition landing page on the Hey Sister! website. 
    • Complete the entry form with their valid name, email address, and phone number. 
    • Read and agree to these terms and conditions.
    • In 25 words or less, tell us your most dramatic period moment! 
  1. Prize: 
  • See above for the three prize options. 
  • The total prize value for each prize is $179.00 AUD. 
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
  1. Competition Period:
  • The Competition begins on August 12th and ends on August 16th at 11:59 PM AEST.
  1. Winner Selection: 
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries. 
  • The winners will be announced on August 19th via Instagram and Facebook.
  • The winners will be notified by phone/email within 7 days of the competition closing. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be chosen. 
  1. General Conditions: 
  • The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry not complying with these terms.
  • The Promoters are not responsible for technical issues during entry.
  • The Promoters may cancel or amend the Competition due to events beyond their control. 
  1. Privacy: 
  • Personal information is used per the Promoters' privacy policies. 
  • Entry implies consent for promotional use of name and entry. 
  1. Liability: 
  • Promoters are not liable for loss or injury due to entry or prize acceptance.
  1. Governing Law: 
  • These terms are governed by Australian law.
