A standard shipping rate applies however if your order is urgent you can nominate an Express Postage. We offer FREE Shipping on subscription orders.

All prices are listed and charged in the currency of your location eg. if you are in Australia you will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Shipment:
We use Australia Post.

Delivery:
Goods will be delivered to the address specified on the order. If no one is home, a card will be left in your letterbox and you can acquire your package from your local post office at your earliest convenience.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Australia Post standard tracked postal service for international shipping. The cost is automatically calculated by weight and destination. The arrival time of your parcel is directly aligned to the distance from Australia. Please note, we do not take any responsibility for customs charges at the destination country.

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and BioActive Natural Health is not responsible for any of these charges.

Due to international laws, Hey Sister! will state the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. You will receive an order confirmation after the sale has been processed. The order form will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item and the total cost, including the shipping charge.

Hey Sister! will not be liable for packages refused or held by customs for delivery. Our products are natural, however, if you feel there may be an issue, contact your Customs Office and ask about import regulations and restrictions before placing your order.

Following payment of the Purchase, you will be issued with a receipt containing your order number, date and purchase details to confirm that the payment has been received by Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd. A refund is only eligible within 1 year of your order date as per your receipt.

If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit or for any other reason, please contact us by e-mail (hello@heysister.com) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, with your name, address and phone number.

It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd will process your refund. Please note that sending back a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

USAGE

Take 4 tablets daily, two in the morning and two in the evening, withor without food and continue for 7 days or as professionally prescribed.
