For your peace of mind, we offer a money-back guarantee on Hey Sister! branded products. Other items sold on our site are eligible for a refund only if the product is damaged or defective, up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Below are our T&Cs for Returns and Refunds.
Following payment of the Purchase, you will be issued with a receipt in the form of a confirmation email containing your order number, email date and purchase details to confirm that the payment has been received by Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd. A refund is only eligible within 120 days of your order confirmation email date.
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit or for any other reason, please contact us by e-mail (hello@heysister.com) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, with your name, address and phone number.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit. We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, Bioactive Natural Health Pty Ltd will process your refund. Please note that sending back a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.
