Bstore Pharmacy Assistant Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Total Prize Value: $200 AUD

Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the "Bstore Pharmacy Assistant Giveaway" (the "Competition"). By entering the Competition, you ("Entrant") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Promoters:

The Competition is promoted by Hey Sister (the "Promoter") in partnership with Bstore.

2. Eligibility:

  • The Competition is open to pharmacy assistants currently employed in Australia and aged 18 years or over.
  • If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or guardian.
  • Employees, agents, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Promoters are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the Competition, Entrants must:

  1. Scan the QR code provided during the conference.
  2. Complete the entry form with their full name, email address, and pharmacy location.
  3. Agree to these terms and conditions.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Prize:

  • 1 x $200 Bstore Voucher for Birkenstock Shoes provided by Bstore.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Competition Period:

The Competition begins on 24/02/2025 and ends on 03/03/2025 at 9:00 AM AWST.

6. Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will take place the week after the conference, on 05/03/2025.
  • The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

7. General Conditions:

  • The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entry not complying with these terms.
  • The Promoters are not responsible for any technical issues affecting entry submission.
  • The Promoters reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Competition if circumstances beyond their control arise.

8. Privacy:

  • Personal information collected will be handled per the Promoters' privacy policies.
  • Entry into the Competition implies consent for the Promoters to use the Entrant's name and pharmacy location for promotional purposes related to the Competition.

9. Liability:

The Promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Competition or acceptance of the prize.

10. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
